Where to Stay
The Inn at Serenbe
The Inn at Serenbe is nestled in the rolling countryside on the edge of Atlanta, just minutes from Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. Our 900 acres include preserved forestland, wildflower meadows, 15 miles of trails that go by two waterfalls and a large granite outcropping, an animal village, swings and rocking chairs, two pools and a cabana, two hot tubs, croquet lawn, and endless opportunities for relaxing and connecting with nature.
Where to Eat
The Farmhouse at Serenbe
The Farmhouse at Serenbe, one of Atlanta’s original farm-to-table restaurants, serves regional cuisine using locally grown, organic ingredients from the restaurant’s own garden as well as from Serenbe Farms and other area producers. The menu changes monthly to highlight the freshest, seasonal ingredients available. The atmosphere of The Farmhouse is casual while still maintaining the fine-dining standards of service that patrons appreciate. Guests are seated in what served as the summer dining room when the Inn’s main house was the Nygrens’ personal home. The intimacy of its days as a family dining room can still be felt today.
Owned and operated by the restaurant’s namesake Chef Hilary White and husband Jim White, The Hil is their vision for a refined, yet informal, neighborhood restaurant, with a dedication to serving simple, farm-fresh cuisine.
Chef Hilary’s diverse menu is guided heavily by produce from Serenbe Organic Farm located just around the corner from The Hil. Vibrant flavors of the ingredients, prepared simply and served at precisely their peak, tell this story and make each dining experience at The Hil distinctive.
Blue Eyed Daisy Bakeshop
The Blue Eyed Daisy is the unofficial meeting place for Serenbe residents and guests alike. Established in 2005 and located in the heart of the community, the Daisy (as residents lovingly refer to it) was the first official retail space to serve the culinary needs of Serenbe residents.
Founded on a belief that good food shared with friends and strangers can be a driving force behind fostering community and communication, the Blue Eyed Daisy and its staff members have spent eight years perfecting its recipe for success, which includes farm-to-table cuisine, among other exquisite confections. The Daisy is no stranger to accolades; shortly after it opened, the bake shop earned a designation as the smallest Silver LEED-certified building in the U.S. And in 2012, in-house pastry chef Candi Pittman was declared the winner of the Food Network’s Cupcake Wars.
